¤ This light and crispy baked potato chips recipe is easy enough for anyone, and will certainly serve to satisfy your craving for crunchy, salty potato chips without all the calories! The thinner you slice the potatoes, the better in this baked potato chips recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. russet potatoes, cleaned and quarter it
•1 Tbsp olive oil
•1/4 tsp salt
•2 big carrot
•150g green beans
•2 glove of garlic
•3 stalk of parsley

Prep Time: 7 minutes Cook Time: 28 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes

PREPARATION

Directions for baked potato chips recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes together with the olive oil, crush garlic and salt. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a large baking pan, coated with cooking spray.
  3. Remove the tip end of the beans, wash and half the beans. Then scrap the carrots wash and strip carrot 3 inch long. Steam the vegetables and set aside.
  4. Bake potato for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are crunchy, but watch to see that the potatoes do not brown. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Arrange the potato in a dish on one then vegi on the other side and garnish with the parsley
